	Bicester Refugee Support (BRS) is a voluntary organisation, based in and around Bicester, in the county of Oxfordshire in the south of the UK.  We oppose - on humanitarian grounds - the UK Government's proposal for a new Accommodation Centre for asylum seekers near Bicester.  Further information about BRS can be found here, see our statement of aims, or membership information 30332

	Following the announcement by the Government that it was not to proceed with the accommodation centre at Piddington, BRS announced in 2006 that it was disbanding		Our web site has been left as it was at the time of that decision, for the time being, as a community and historical resource. Eventually, we will post some archive material, but in the meantime, some sections will work and others unfortunately, will not.
